Our cuisine is inspired by Italy—a country of simple recipes, high-quality ingredients, and authentic gastronomy. Our menu features homemade pasta, creamy risottos, fresh salads, grilled specialties, juicy beef and chicken steaks, grilled salmon, ribs, slow-roasted pork belly, delicious desserts, and many other dishes prepared with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and attention to every detail.
Wine is also an integral part of BOHÉM. In collaboration with the Jánušík family winery, we offer a carefully selected assortment of high-quality Slovak wines—from crisp whites to elegant rosés and reds, as well as fruity wines and the popular frizzante, all of which perfectly complement the character of our cuisine.
